About zf-lncRNApedia
zflncRNApedia is a manually curated and comprehensive resource for long noncoding RNAs in zebrafish (Danio rerio).
Apart from the genomic co-ordinates of the lncRNAs, the zflncRNApedia resource also provides information on expression levels across 15 distinct data-sets encompassing developmental stages and adult tissues, derived from Pauli et. al. (2012), Ulitsky et. al. (2011), and Kaushik et. al. (2013), retroviral insertion lines mapping to lncRNA loci from Varshney et. al. (2013).
The resource also provides mappings to genomic variations from dbSNP Karolchik et. al. (2014)
